Our Mission/Our Culture

Our mission at AVEDA is to care for the world we live in, from the products we make to the ways in which we give back to society.  At AVEDA, we strive to set an example for environmental leadership and responsibility – not just in the world of beauty, but around the world.

AVEDA's Environmental Mission

AVEDA's commitment to the earth is apparent on the label of every product they create. When you buy AVEDA, you can be confident that you are supporting environmentally friendly practices. AVEDA products are:

Organic. Made with natural ingredients, organically grown wherever possible.

Recycled. Packaged in recyclable containers (made of 80%-100% post-consumer materials).

Sustainable. Ingredients are sourced from sustainable resources (harvesting ingredients without depleting them).

No Animal Testing.

Care. Our Network supports Earth Month, The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and Hurricane Relief.

Supportive. Financially supportive of earth-friendly organizations all year long (at the local and global levels).
