aveda florida education cancellation policy.

Participants who need to cancel their registration enrollment for any Aveda Florida Education event (aka “Course”) are required to send an email cancellation request to Education@AvedaFlorida.com

  1. Cancellation requests received up to 21-days before the Course start date and time will be fully refunded.

  2. No Cancellation refunds will be issued for:

    1. Participants who cancel with less than 21-days’ email notice regardless of registration date.

    2. Participants who do not attend the Course (“No-Show”).

    3. Participants who do not complete the entire Course.

  3. Complimentary Courses are subject to a “No-Show” Admin Fee.

    1. Cancellation requests for complimentary Courses require at least 21-days’ prior notice to be emailed to Education@AvedaFlorida.com

    2. $50.00 Admin Fee will be charged if a registered Participant is a “No-Show” and does not attend without 21-days prior notice of cancellation.

  4. Participant substitutions can be made at any time before the Course start date and time without penalty.  Registered Participant to email the substitution request and attendee information to Education@AvedaFlorida.com

  5. Private In-Salon Classes are subject to a 30-day prior notice of cancellation.

    1. In-Salon Classes cancelled less than 30-days prior to the Course date will be charged the full Course tuition cost.

    2. Aveda Florida Education reserves the right to make any changes or substitutions up to 21-days prior to In-Salon Class Start Date and Time with commitment to provide communication details of said changes.

  6. Aveda Florida Education reserves the right to cancel any Course due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or for any other reason beyond our control. 

    1. In the event a Course is cancelled, Aveda Florida Education will notify you as soon as possible via email from Education@AvedaFlorida.com

    2. Participants will receive a full refund of their paid registration. 

    3. Aveda Florida is not responsible for any out-of-pocket cancellation costs that Participants may incur, such as airline tickets, and/or hotel reservations.

  7. All Cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of written notice, in accordance with the terms of this Cancellation policy.

  8. Aveda Florida Education reserves the right to change and/or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time for any reason.
